To Import a Schedule

From the Schedule Simulation toolbox (open by keying in DIALOG TOOLBOX ANIMATION SCHEDULESIMULATION), click the Import Schedule tool.

The Import Schedule dialog opens.
At the right of the File Name field, click the Browse icon.
An Import Schedule open dialog opens. Imported schedule files can have an XML, MPX or TXT extension.
Select the file to import.
The file name displays in the Name field on the original Import Schedule dialog.
In the Import Schedule dialog, select one of the options to delete, replace or update existing tasks and click OK.
If you select Delete all the tasks before importing a new schedule, the Select Start Time dialog opens. Select a start date and time.
The Tasks to Import dialog opens.
Select All Tasks or the Selected Tasks you want to include in your project.
The Task Linking Rules dialog opens.
Select the linking rules you want to use for the import and click Process.
Linking the schedule tasks is complete.
Open the Animator Preview window and click Play to playback the schedule simulation.
